10 years later....

Ten years.... Damn that's a long time ago. Lots can change in a decade, this weekend I found myself at the Cactus cup race in Las Vegas, Nevada. Brought back memories of the good old careless days of the past.

Some similarities:

Masochistic tendencies: It might hide it's head for awhile however, it always resurfaces.

Venue: Middle of the damn desert (Not the same one maybe however, what in the hell is the difference.)

Legs: Not quite what they were, they are coming back pretty quick.

Differences:

Same girl - Now my lovely wife...

Colin: My dirt encrusted, Hot Wheel obsessed boy. Who could ask for anything more?

Slept in the back of a truck - Stayed in a Suite w/ full kitchen





Needless to say it was interesting. See ya there next year.

Remnants from my get-off at the Brianhead NMBS nationals. Outcome pretty good (as in finishing/placing) however, the last couple miles were pretty trying. Not to mention the shower afterward. Beer helped!

Note: Sticking to the sheets is not a positive experience. Of course you think you would learn? Come to think of it, I am pretty damn sure there is some kind of imbalance in my skull..... I better stop there!

Damn, I didn't stop.... What in the hell is that Neosporin® crap for anyway? It seems to just extend the torture. I mean come on now who the hell wants to deal with an oozing mess of goo. It's fun to pick anyway, no?
